Robert William Zabita, 68, husband of the late Deborah Ann Giuliano Zabita and a resident of Cherrystone, VA, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2020, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital Onancock, VA. A native of Elizabeth, NJ, he was the son of the late Michael Joseph Zabita and the late Dorothy Charlotte Matuza Zabita. Bob was a 1971 graduate of Green Brook High School, Green Brook, NJ and a retired commercial builder.
He is survived by his brother Michael J. Zabita, Jr. and his loving dog Luke. In addition to his parents Bob was predeceased by his brother James E. Zabita.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, November 10, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Cape Charles Cemetery with the Rev. Dr. Charles Peterson officiating. Memorials in Bob’s memory may be made to Cape Charles Rescue Service, P.O. Box 3009, Cheriton, Virginia 23316 or SPCA Eastern Shore, Inc., P.O. Box 164, Onley, VA 23418.
