Anita Elga Tate

Anita Elga Tate, 68, wife of Raymond S. Tate, a resident of Belle Haven, VA, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at her residence. A native of Chicago, IL, she was the daughter of the late Valerijs Januskevics and the late Ina Efferts Januskevics. She earned a Master's Degree from the University of Illinois and the University of Texas. She was a retired librarian from Texas and member of U.S. Latvian organizations.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by a brother, John Elguts and a sister, Anna Krummrich.

Funeral services will be conducted at a later date in Riga, Latvia.
