Anthony shared two decades of love and companionship with his fiancée of 20 years, Maryann Roy. He was a devoted stepfather to Christina Galica and cherished his four grandsons: Marquise Galica, Troy Galica, Curtis Nock, and Jeremiah Nock. He also shared a close bond with his son-in-law Curtis Nock Jr., as well as Angela Nock and Aneshia "Puddin" Nock.

Anthony found joy in the simple pleasures of life. He loved fishing and spending quality time with his family.
