Beverly Dennison

Beverly Sue Dennison, 67, a resident of Parksley, VA, passed away Monday, October 12, 2026, at Shore Health and Rehabilitation Center in Parksley. An Eastern Shore native, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Ernest Horner, Jr. and the late Agnes Doughty Killough. Beverly enjoyed music, dancing, swimming, crocheting, animals and going to church. She also liked joking with friends, shopping, going out to eat with her special friend, Mary, but most of all she loved spending time with her grandkids.

She is survived by her son, Matthew Dennison and his wife, Erica Moncrief Dennison; and two grandchildren, Eli Dennison and Max Dennison. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Emily Sue Dennison, and her sister, Lisa Horner Lattimore.

Services will be private.

The family would like to thank Riverside Shore Hospice, Shore Transport, DaVita, Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital, and Shore Health and Rehabilitation Center in Parksley. The A-Wing team did a fantastic job taking care of Mom and the entire facility staff made her feel like she was at home.
