Bill Mapp

William Andrews Mapp, 58, a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Friday, June 29, 2018, at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA. He was the son of the late John Woodson Mapp and the late Setsuko Ogawa "Ann" Mapp. He was a United States Air Force Veteran and owner of 4M Karaoke.

He is survived by a son, Christopher Mapp of Exmore; two sisters, Lillian A. Vaughn of Exmore, and Naomi "Mimi" Kiser and her husband, Carl, of Goldsboro, NC; three nieces, Naomi Ramsaroop, Ena Torres and Elaine Torres; and one nephew Kyle Mapp.

A celebration of life service will be held Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at 5:00 PM at Doughty Funeral Home with Pastor Kenneth "Bo" Helms officiating. Interment will be private in Belle Haven Cemetery.
