Candice Sue Arnold

Candice Sue Arnold, 63, wife of Bill Arnold and a resident of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away Thursday, February 10, 2022, at her residence. A native of Cape Charles, she was the daughter of the late Samuel Lawrence Franklin and the late Elsie Louise Clark Franklin Milstead. She was a retired Manager for Verizon.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by her two stepsons, Bill Arnold, Jr. of Littlestown, PA, and Joey Arnold and his wife, Dessylyn, of Gettysburg, PA; a brother, Jeffery K. Franklin and his wife, Vivian, of Hampton, VA; two grandchildren, Sophia and Madi Arnold; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her brother, Randall Keith Franklin and her stepfather, Frederick L. Milstead.

Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 16, 2022, at 1:00PM at Wilkins-Doughty Funeral Home with Pastor Ron Parr officiating. Interment will follow in Cape Charles Cemetery. Family will join friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 7:30PM and Wednesday morning two hours prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Virginia Beach SPCA, 3040 Holland Rd, Virginia Beach, VA 23453.
