Carmelinda Marie Bal, 84, wife of the late Albert Lawrence Bal and a resident of Pungoteague, VA, passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, VA. A native of Union City, NJ, she was the daughter of the late John Leccese and the late Grace N. Leccese. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time with her loving family.
She is survived by two children, Wayne Bal and Maria Bal, both of Pungoteague; and two grandsons, Robert Bal and Wayne Bal.
To honor her request no public service will held.
