Charles Stanley Lazicki III, 51, of Virginia Beach, VA, passed away October 17, 2011 in Cape Charles, VA. He was a native of Staten Island, NY and was the son of the late Charles Stanley Lazicki Jr. and the late Cecelia Josephine Maurizio Lazicki. He was an electrician by trade.
