Charles Albert Lockwood, 59, a resident of Keller, VA, passed away Saturday, October 29, 2016 at his residence. A native of Staten Island, NY, he was the son of the late Charles Lockwood and the late Florence Wilton Lockwood.
He is survived by a sister, Eileen Nieves and her husband, Frank, of Keller; three nieces, Jackie Hinton Thomas and her husband, Bo, of Keller, Eileen George and her husband, Harold, of Staten Island, April Hinton of Staten Island and a nephew, John Hinton of Puerto Rico.
To honor his wishes no public services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to S.P.C.A. Animal Shelter, P. O. Box 164, Onley, Virginia 23418.
