Cindy Kellam

Cynthia Louise Kellam, 56, a resident of Cedar View Beach, Painter, VA, passed away Wednesday, June 29, 2021, at her residence. A native of Point Pleasant, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Ronald King Sembler and Barbara Hanney Sembler of Cedar View Beach.

In addition to her loving mother, she is survived by a brother, George D. “Rusty” Sembler and his wife, Sharon, of Fort Pierce, FL; and a niece and nephew, Morgan Sembler and Aiden Sembler, both of Fort Pierce. She was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Kurt Sembler.

To honor her request a private service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to SPCA Eastern Shore Inc., PO Box 164, Onley, VA 23418.
