Claire Timmermann

Claire Timmermann, 83, wife of Thomas Timmermann and a resident of Pungoteague, VA, passed away Monday, August 10, 2026, at her residence. A native of Connecticut, she was the daughter of the late Raymond LeMoine and the late Merina Landry LeMoine.

Claire owned and operated Courtyard Art Gallery in Cocoa Village, FL, was number one in sales of Tupperware in the Mid Atlantic States two years running, and sold antiques and collectables at Primitives & More in Exmore, VA. She was an avid birdwatcher with an extensive collection of cardinal porcelain, a big fan of UConn Huskies basketball, and never left the house without makeup and a matching purse.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by two daughters, Ms. Cheryl Lebeau and her husband, Joseph Shea, Denise Woodward and her husband, John, and their four children; two sons, David Lebeau, Michael Combies and his wife, Kimberly, and their two children; and a stepdaughter, Missy Harris and her two children and two grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son, Daniel; and step son-in-law, Kyle.

To honor her wishes, no public services will be held.
