Mr. Ernest Sterling Fleck, Jr., 80, husband of Mary Louise Kesse Fleck and a resident of Cheriton, VA, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, VA. A native of St. Albans, WV, he was the son of the late Ernest Sterling Fleck, Sr. and the late Helen Ernestine Johnson Fleck. Mr. Fleck retired from Verizon and was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
In addition to his loving wife of 60 years, he is survived by three daughters, Kelly Lawson, Lisa Fleck, both of Cheriton, and Jessica Fulbright of Vian, OK; five grandchildren, Caleb and Conner Howman, Olivia Fleck, Hudson and Harper Fulbright. Mr. Fleck was predeceased by a son, Jeffrey Fleck.
To honor his request no public service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Legion Post #56, Post Office Box 357, Cheriton, VA 23316.
