Frank Outten

Otho Franklin Outten, better known as Frank, 75, husband of Wanda Stallings Outten and a resident of Greenbackville, VA, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at Tidal Health Peninsula Regional in Salisbury, MD. A native of Willis Wharf, VA, he was the son of the late Otho Thomas Outten and the late Vivian Mister Outten. He was a retired Supervisor Inspector for Metlfab Corp. and a member of Living Waters Inspirational Church of God in Pocomoke, MD.

In addition to his loving wife, Frank is survived by two sons, Otho Christian Outten and his wife, Leigh-Anne, of Summerville, SC, and John Franklin Outten and his wife, Dawn, of Williamsport, PA; four grandchildren, David Christopher Outten, Caleb Daniel Outten, Kylie Autumn Outten and Madison Elise Outten; two sisters, Frances Wyatt of Exmore and Miriam Holland of Pocomoke; and one brother, Frederick Outten and his wife, Claire, of Covington, KY.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 12, 2020, at 1:00 PM at Doughty Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Fentress officiating. Family will join friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow in first Baptist Church Cemetery, Pocomoke City, MD, at 3:00PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. www.stjude.org/donate/donate-to-st-jude.html
