Franklin Eugene McNeal

Franklin Eugene McNeal, 89, a resident of Onley, VA, passed away Monday, February 19, 2018, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, VA. Born May 26, 1928, in Baltimore, MD, he was the son of the late Eugene McNeal and the late Lillian Unger. He was a United States Navy World War II Veteran and retired Charter Boat Captain.

He is survived by two daughters, Beverly McNeal of Colorado Springs, CO, and Susan Krauch and her husband, Michael, of Glen Burnie, MD; two sons, Joe McNeal and his fiancée, Trina Petracco, of New Port Richey, FL, and John McNeal and wife, Lisa, of Belle Haven, VA; granddaughter, Christy Diaz and husband, Miguel, of Belle Haven; and grandson, Joseph McNeal of Arlington, VA.
