Frederic Harris

Frederic Cleve Harris, 90, husband of Imogene Parks Harris and a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024, at Nassawadox Rehabilitation and Nursing in Nassawadox, VA. A native of Exmore, he was the son of the late Grover Cleveland Harris and the late Marie Alease Scott Harris. He was a United States Air Force Veteran, retired from the United States Postal Service, and a faithful Christian.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by a son, Everett C. Harris and his wife, Debra, of Suffolk, VA; daughter-in-law, Melissa Harris of Pungoteague, VA; five grandchildren; one great grandchild; a very loving niece, Rhonda Marsh of Onancock, VA; and numerous other nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Kyle Harris.

A celebration of life service will be conducted Saturday, February 24, 2024, at 1:00PM at Doughty Funeral Home with Reverend Charlene Harris officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Accomack-Northampton Pregnancy Center, Inc., 26064 Onley Road, Onley, VA 23418 or to a charity of one’s choice.
