Lynwood Crittenden Butler, 71, a resident of Craddockville, VA, passed away Friday, October 12, 2018, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, VA. A native of Birdsnest, VA, he was the son of the late Lewis Crittenden Butler and Mary Elizabeth Parkerson Butler. He was a retired salesman and a United States Marine Corps Veteran serving during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Butler is survived by two children, Troy Butler, and Scott Butler and his wife, Amanda, both of Craddockville; and one grandson, Nathan Butler of Belle Haven, VA.
A graveside service will be conducted Tuesday, October 16, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Johnson's United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Reverend Rob Kelly officiating. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Riverside Shore Cancer Center, P.O. Box 430, Onancock, VA 23417.
