Mable Harrison

Mable Parker Harrison, 56, wife of the late Richard William Harrison, Jr., a resident of Oyster, VA, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2017, at her residence. A native of Oyster, she was the daughter of Gloria Campbell Parker of Oyster and the late Roy Eugene Parker. She was the Assistant General Manager for Cherrystone Campground and a member of Full Gospel Church.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by two children, Christopher "Nick" Harrison of Virginia Beach, VA, and Tabitha H. Cospel and her husband, Carl, of Christiansburg, VA; one brother, Roy Parker of Oyster; two sisters, Wanda Zayas and her husband, O.J., of Clam, VA, and Bonnie Schoenberg and her husband, Ed, of Baltimore, MD; and three grandchildren, Samantha Cospel, Alex Cospel and Trevor Cospel, all of Christiansburg.

A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 22, 2017, at 11:00 AM at Cape Charles Cemetery with Reverend Randy E. Lewis officiating. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to American Breast Cancer Foundation, 10400 Little Patuxent Parkway, Suite 480, Columbia, MD 21044.
