Patricia Padgett Bowen

Patricia Louise Padgett Bowen, 57, wife of the late Kenneth Jackson "Jackie" Bowen and a resident of Parksley, Virginia passed away at her residence Sunday, November 13, 2005. She is the daughter of Louise Johnson Padgett of Oak Island, N.C. and the late Commander James Patrick Padgett, Ret. USN Other than her mother, Mrs. Bowen is survived by a son, James Patrick Bowen and his wife Dawn of Eastville, Va.; a daughter, Victoria Lynn Lilly of Virginia Beach, Va.; two sisters, Sandra P. Blake of Bolivia, N.C., Nancy P. Hume of Halifax, N.C.; and six grandchildren, Timothy Allen Wharf, Brandon Lilly, Joshua Bowen, Jada M. Bowen, Shania Dickson, Dante Lilly; one great grandchild, Dakota Wharf. A memorial service will be conducted Thursday, November 17, 2005 at 11:00 AM from the Doughty Funeral Home in Exmore with Mr. Kemmie Dize officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice. Arrangements made by Doughty Funeral Home, Exmore, Va.
