Randall Scott Foster, 55, a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018, at Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital in Onancock, VA. A native of Suitland, MD, he was the son of the late John Williams Foster, Jr. and the late Lorene Svaty Foster. Mr. Foster was a carpenter.
He is survived by his companion, Shelly Robair of Exmore; three sons, Jeffrey Scott Foster and his wife, Renee`, of Pomfret, MD, Gregory Scott Foster of Indian Head, MD, and Brandon Scott Foster of Dover, DE; a brother, Terry Foster and his wife, Regina, of Morningside, MD; two sisters, Lori Lynn Foster of Eastville, VA, and Nancy Elaine Sawyer of Capitol Heights, MD; and six grandchildren.
To honor his request, a private family service will be held at a later date.
