Richard S. Bradford, 69, a resident of Quinby, VA, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 at MCV Hospital in Richmond, VA. A native of Quinby, he was the son of the late Milton James Bradford and the late Bertie Smith Bradford Ginzel. He served in the National Guard and was a security guard for Perdue.
He is survived by a brother, Milton James Bradford, Jr. and his wife, Claudia, of California and six nephews. He was predeceased by his sister, Bonnie Grace.
A celebration of life service will be held Sunday, April 2, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Smith's Chapel United Methodist Church with Pastor Curtis P. Lucy officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to S.P.C.A. Animal Shelter, P. O. Box 164, Onley, VA 23418.
