Robert Walter Brady

Robert Walter Brady, 59, husband of Alicia Baren Brady and a resident of Cheriton, VA, passed away Sunday, March 11, 2018, at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA. A native of Virginia Beach, VA, he was the son of the late Walter Scott Brady and the late Catherine Alice Grant Brady. He was a United States Marine Veteran, Exalted Ruler of Virginia Beach Elks Lodge, retired United States Postal Service mail carrier with 38 years of service and owner of Northampton Fire Arms.

In addition to his loving wife, he is survived by three children, Robert W. Brady, Jr. of Virginia Beach, Maria Brady of Virginia Beach, and Carl F. Brady of Cheriton; and one grandson, Jaxson Brady of Virginia Beach.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 9, 2018, at 11:00 AM at St. Charles Catholic Church with Father J. Michael Breslin and Pastor Dave Peterson officiating. Inurnment will follow in St. Charles Borromeo Memorial Columbarium. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Riverside Shore Cancer Center, P.O. Box 430, Onancock, VA 23417.
