Robert Lee Wingfield, 61, a resident of Melfa, VA, passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015, at Heritage Hall Healthcare. A native of Keller, VA, he was the son of Louise Moon Wingfield of Keller and the late Dr. Richard W. Wingfield. He was a farmer and a member of Hollies Baptist Church. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers, Dr. William R. Wingfield and his wife, Janis, of Keller, Joseph M. Wingfield and his wife, Charlotte, of Keller; a nephew, J. Lee Wingfield and his wife, Angie, of Atlantic, VA; a niece, Autumn W. Mapp and her husband, John Tay, of Keller; a great nephew, Eric Nottingham of Keller and two great nieces, Taylor Nottingham of Keller and Willow Wingfield of Atlantic. A celebration of life service will be conducted Saturday, May 16, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Hollies Baptist Church with Reverend Scott Mears officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hollies Baptist Church Building Fund, Post Office Box 7, Keller, VA 23401.
