Roland Sanford Kellam Sr., 68, resident of Cape Charles, VA, passed away Monday, March 12, 2018, at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital. A native of Townsend, VA, he was the son of the late Upshur F. Kellam and the late Hattie Isdell Kellam. He was a retired carpenter.
He is survived by a son, Roland S. Kellam II and his wife, Kristin, of Exmore, VA; a brother Carrol Lee Kellam and wife, Mary, of Willis Wharf, VA; two sisters, Mary Faye Seeman of Bridgewater, VA, and Margaret Mays of Missouri; two grandchildren, Roland S. Kellam III and Heaven Kellam, both of Exmore; a step-grandson, Hayden Gillmore of Exmore; and three great grandchildren, Nevaeh Lassiter, Kylia James and Zakhai Kellam.
To honor his request no public service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
