Mr. William Thomas Bell, Jr. age 64 of Harriman, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at Roane Medical Center. He was born on June 20, 1961, to William Thomas Bell, Sr. and Anna Mae Thornes Bell in Juneau, Alaska. William enlisted in the Navy in 1989 and retired after 11 years and had different jobs such as being a driver for DoorDash and a driver for ETHRA. In his spare time, he loved going to the movies and spending time with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents: William and Anna Bell. He is survived by:

Daughter: Clara Bell of Harriman, TN
Daughter: Esther Bell of Mobile, AL
Daughter: Faith Emerson (Keith) of Mobile, AL
Son: William Thomas Bell III of Harriman, TN
Brother: Stephen Bell, Sr. (Jennifer) of Port St. Lucie, FL

A graveside service with Military Honors will be held Tuesday, August 5, 2025, at 11:00 AM at Cape Charles Cemetery, with Rev. Dr. Charles Peterson officiating.
