William Thomas Hemphill Jr., 80, a resident of Exmore, VA, passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019, at Coastal Hospice at the Lake in Salisbury, MD. A native of Louisiana, he was the son of the late William Thomas Hemphill Sr. and the late Agnes Turnbow Hemphill. He was a retired truck driver.
He is survived by two daughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
To honor his wishes, no public service will be held.
