Cynthia Langdon

July 1, 1936 — April 15, 2022

Cynthia Joyce Langdon, 85, wife of Aaron Langdon and a resident of Cheriton, VA, passed away Friday, April 15, 2022, at her residence. A native of London, England, she was the daughter of the late Roy Arthur Clark and the late Joyce Isabel Bush Clark. She was a retired receptionist for Ocean Lake Family Campground.

In addition to her loving husband, she is survived by five children, Richard Smith and his wife, Shireen, of England, Christopher Smith and his wife, Deidre O’Connell, of South Carolina, Shane Smith and his wife, Cindy Donnelly, of South Carolina, Dale Smith and his wife, Kim, of Virginia, and Rachelle Langdon of Georgia; six brothers and sisters, Marcus Clark of New Zealand, Jonathan Clark of England, Richard Clark of England, Henry Clark of Australia, Janice Luna of Texas, and Sally Haynes of Virginia; stepmother, Angeliki Clark of England, uncle, David Clark of Wales; eight grandchildren, Kerry, Nicola, Chelsea, Shane, Stephanie, Ross, Colton, and Stefanie; 15 great-grandchildren; and her special dog, Biscuit. She was predeceased by a daughter, Samantha Langdon.

A celebration of life service will be conducted at a later date in Myrtle Beach, SC. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Eastern Shore SPCA Inc., PO Box 164, Onley, VA  23418.
