Obituary

Richard Charles Craft, better known as Dick, 81, husband of the late Anne Crumb Craft and a resident of Cheriton, VA, passed away Saturday, September 3, 2022 in Cheriton. A native of Cleveland, OH, he was the son of the late Donald Charles Craft and the late Mildred Smith Craft.  He was a retired electronics technician, member of Cheriton United Methodist Church and a United States Navy Veteran.

He is survived by three step-children, Ida Crumb Zuniga of Raleigh, NC, Warner E. Crumb and his wife, Rae, of Onancock, VA and Karen Ahler and her husband, Dan, of Las Cruces, NM; a brother, Paul Craft and his wife, Patricia, of Sebastian, FL; six step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, October 15, 2022, at 2:00 PM at Cheriton United Methodist Church with Reverend Randy Timmerman officiating.  Memorial contributions may be made to Cheriton United Methodist Church c/o Jo Ann Heneghan, P. O. Box 297, Cheriton, VA 23316.
